Every time I've gone into this office, I have been greeted by his friendly and professional staff. The office is very clean and with great views, may I add. Dr. Zelby got straight to the point with the issues I had going on with my teeth and gave me options on how to rectify said issues. Even though he is out of network (does not take my insurance), I still go to him. Customer service and expertise is everything for me. I hate going to the dentist, but he and his staff makes it easier.

Dr Nadia used her gentle touch, artistic eye, and perfectionist dentisty to transform my smile. I had a multi- appointment major "smile makeover" ( 17 crowns etc.) - I smile more, laugh more and and feel very comfortable with my new look. Her assistant Jennifer is great and I felt comfortable with her as well. We discussed the plan every step along the way and I would highly recommend Dr Nadia for any dental needs. I hope to add pictures to this soon.

I can't recommend this place enough when it comes to your oral health. I came in for a full smile consultation, and from the moment I walked in, I could feel the energy of this place. The staff are also warm and welcoming and put me at ease. Dr. Zelby is truly a blessing. He is caring, understanding and attentive. He helped me understand the best options for my oral health and I cannot thank him and his staff enough. Aesthetic and implant dentistry of Atlanta is a place I would tell everyone to go to. I experienced no pain at all and the process was so fast and easy - I didn't even realize it was over! The whole team has got above and beyond in my specialized dental needs. I did not have insurance at the time, and they were more than ready to help with other options and flexible payment methods. Do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment with them, you will NOT be disappointed!

I cannot recommend Aesthetic & Implant dentistry of Atlanta enough. If you are reading this, you probably consider having cosmetic dental work done. Dr. Zelby and Dr Nadia should be on your list to have a consultation with. I guarantee they will win you over, and here's why: I knew this was the place from the moment Alese answered my original phone call. The level of professionalism conveyed by Alese on the phone was unparalleled. She listened to my concerns and happily recommended Dr. Nadia for questions beyond her scope. When I arrived, I noticed the office was very clean and with a modern design. A consultation with both Dr Zelby and Dr Nadia is you receiving 100% attention from them & all possible treatment options. (This experience was entirely unlike other consultations I've had with other dentists, where I felt rushed, unimportant, and unaware of what my results could look like. One should not feel this way when considering anything cosmetic on their face & paying a decent amount of money.) Both Dr Zelby and Dr Nadia are so friendly & very approachable. I felt as if I was family to them both by the level of treatment, I received from them. Alese prepared a PowerPoint presentation for me educating me on cosmetic dentistry, showing before & after smiles. This was very informative & helped me understand the process. After the presentation, all my questions were answered honestly about what could be done to make my smile improve. My case was not super hard as I am a patient with old veneers that are worn down & need replacing. (To give you an idea - my top front teeth which had very old veneers (4) were not the color or shape I like & were starting to chip away). What I appreciated about Dr Zelby was he kept saying, "if you were my family..." I did not feel he was trying to swindle me, a common practice among other dentists. Both Doctors listened to my concerns & gave me a realistic idea of what my smile could look like with new veneers. Price was one of my most significant points of concern. Due to the level of expertise & other various factors, I knew Dr. Zelby & Dr Nadia might be a little more expensive than other dentists. Dr. Nadia explained to me cosmetic dentistry is an art. Sure, you may pay less at another dentist, but will you be happy with their art? She told me many of her patients are patients from other dentists who were unhappy with the art they received. Now, those patients are out double the money because they must pay again for a new set of veneers--something to keep in mind. I finally reasoned with myself that this is something cosmetic going on my face, arguably one of the most important/noticeable features on my entire body. Do not bargain on a procedure that you, as well as others, are going to see every day for the rest of your life. Invest in yourself with a smile that you are going to love! Aesthetic & Implant Dentistry of Atlanta had a variety of payment options that made this transformation affordable. Dr. Nadia reassured me that she would not seat the veneers if I did not love them. However, Dr. Nadia went way above and beyond what I thought was possible. I wanted my veneers to look realistic, and that is exactly how they turned out. I nearly cried when I first saw my new smile; they look beautiful. Dr. Nadia grew excited with me & said, "Is it better or perfect!" People are shocked when I tell them they are veneers. Dr. Nadia is a true artist! I now feel so confident! I used to be embarrassed when I smiled as well as when I spoke & laughed to the point that I used to cover my mouth. Now, I am excited to show off my smile! To say that I am happy with my smile is an understatement. Anytime I am near the office, I always stop in and say hi to Dr. Zelby & Dr Nadia, Alese, and the rest of the staff. They will all be friends for life as they all helped change my life by giving me the confidence I deserve in my smile. I sincerely cannot recommend Aesthetic & Implant dentistry of Atlanta, enough.
