Bridge Homes - Atlanta

These homes are beautiful and the staff was amazing from start to finish. I would recommend anyone that is looking for a nice home definitely consider this company.

This place is terrible. moved in a couple months ago with the idea the the leasing office will fix there apartments upon people moving in nope not at all you got a 2inch gap between the floor boards and the walls you got old bubbly looking cabinets holes all in the cabinets dishwasher don't even wash it just starts and to beat it all Georgia natural gas has refused twice to turn the heat on because maintenance will not repair it hell they can't read the paper that they sent so before you spend your money don't these are not great living situation I'm currently working on breaking my lease because they refused to fix these things even with work orders so imma take my paper trail up to court to see if I can't get this resolved

I recently moved into the Grandstand Apartments in East Cobb and they have been wonderful. Of course the apartment isnt perfect but the staff have been wonderful addressing everything and making it so much better than what Im paying for. The move in process was smooth and quick, and Loni has been so helpful! Even replying to emails on her day off!! Absolutely 5 star service, thank you Loni, grandstand, and bridge for my new home!
