If I can give this company a negative 1 or 0, I would.I was approved for a grant with Invest Atlanta under the name of Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms who sponsored the program. After I was approved for this grant, the organization, Executive Reality Program gave me a choice of Contractors to use to do the work. The first Contractor I didn’t choose because I felt the prices that they charged would quickly exhaust the funds of $30,000, so I requested a second Contractor. This second Contractor was Williams Icon Contracting LLC. Mr. Williams promised many things, but once he got my business didn't fulfill any of them.In fact, his Contractors made my house worse than it was before they even started working on it.Every single job that they did was very poor and unprofessional. Then the managers and overseers from the Realty Company and Invest Atlanta tried to make me close by capturing pictures of the contractor's projects in a false view making it look like the Contractors did a good job.I went behind them a captured the true work of the Contactors job.Mr. Williams lied every step of the way while working on my house. In my opinion, he brought in Sub Contractors which appeared that he went to Home Depot and picked them off from the street. Many of them couldn't even speak the English language. It was if they didn't have any training at all for the job that they did for me.All the material that Mr. Williams Contractors brought in was very cheap and didn’t match the funds that was listed on the supposedly scope of work that was given to me.And later I found out after they tried to get me to close on everything that they never gave me an official scope of work form, which is called Exibit I. Then they lied to me saying that I did sign the contract. The Contractors would tell me they were coming and never showed up. And other times they would say they weren't coming and showed up. The whoever experience was a rush job that cause us much mentally distress. So, it was a very distressed time that I have ever experienced and unfortunately it has been over 2 years now and I'm still going through with my house falling apart little by little.I've contacted everyone that I can think of for help, including the Mayor and Local Congressman to only be turned down or never received a call back.I had to call my son in for help and we just paid over 8,000 for an Attorney for him to take Invest Atlanta to court, only for him to come back to tell us that Ms. Anita Allgood will not respond so he's dropping the case.We recently received a letter from his office telling us that he is no longer employed with their firm.I hired a lawyer before him and pretty much the same thing happened. When she sent out a letter to Invest Atlanta, I received a letter from her firm, just like the one mentioned above she has left the firm.I just want an audience with the mayor before I proceed to go to the news media for help. After the overseer of the project briefly discussed the work to be done, the contractor never sat down with me to discuss the work in detail, he just did whatever he wanted however he wanted to do it and did it as cheap as he possibly could with the cheapest contractors that he could possibly find, and it all turn out to be a complete mess, but he got paid top dollar, I assume. For I'm out of 30,000 worth of work for less than 10,000 or less job done and done very poorly. Now part of the ceiling in one room has falling in, rain dripping heavily from the ceiling in another room. Roofing was laid completely wrong, rainwater flowing into one of the rooms through the floor, also into the basement. because outside cement driveway was installed wrong. Mold on the ceiling and walls continue to accumulate from rain damage. This has violated the health and saftey rule that they were supposed to be fixing in the beginning.I was pretty much in compliance until they worked on the house. It's been almost 3 years and I'm still searching for help.Invest Atlanta has been the worst decision that I've made in my entire life.I'm not going to give up until I get the justice that I deserve.

I was approved for a grant with Invest Atlanta under the name of Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms who sponsored the program.

Mr. Williams promised many things, but once he got my business didn't fulfill any of them.

In fact, his Contractors made my house worse than it was before they even started working on it.

Every single job that they did was very poor and unprofessional. Then the managers and overseers from the Realty Company and Invest Atlanta tried to make me close by capturing pictures of the contractor's projects in a false view making it look like the Contractors did a good job.

I went behind them a captured the true work of the Contactors job.

Mr. Williams lied every step of the way while working on my house. In my opinion, he brought in Sub Contractors which appeared that he went to Home Depot and picked them off from the street.

Many of them couldn't even speak the English language. It was if they didn't have any training at all for the job that they did for me.

All the material that Mr. Williams Contractors brought in was very cheap and didn’t match the funds that was listed on the supposedly scope of work that was given to me.

And later I found out after they tried to get me to close on everything that they never gave me an official scope of work form, which is called Exibit I. Then they lied to me saying that I did sign the contract.

The Contractors would tell me they were coming and never showed up. And other times they would say they weren't coming and showed up. The whoever experience was a rush job that cause us much mentally distress.

So, it was a very distressed time that I have ever experienced and unfortunately it has been over 2 years now and I'm still going through with my house falling apart little by little.

I've contacted everyone that I can think of for help, including the Mayor and Local Congressman to only be turned down or never received a call back.

I had to call my son in for help and we just paid over 8,000 for an Attorney for him to take Invest Atlanta to court, only for him to come back to tell us that Ms. Anita Allgood will not respond so he's dropping the case.

We recently received a letter from his office telling us that he is no longer employed with their firm.

I hired a lawyer before him and pretty much the same thing happened. When she sent out a letter to Invest Atlanta, I received a letter from her firm, just like the one mentioned above she has left the firm.

I just want an audience with the mayor before I proceed to go to the news media for help.

This has violated the health and saftey rule that they were supposed to be fixing in the beginning.

I was pretty much in compliance until they worked on the house.

It's been almost 3 years and I'm still searching for help.

Invest Atlanta has been the worst decision that I've made in my entire life.

I'm not going to give up until I get the justice that I deserve.
