        These students need to do better. They should not operate without supervision. 100% incompetent and wasting the companys paper and ink not knowing how to properly assist customers. 10 minutes process before took 30 minutes and I was charge incorrectly before I corrected the staff member.

        Yeah useless. Tried them and I see why they have 1 star reviews. The turnaround is ridiculous and because you have to convert the file to a PDF the quality is horrible when you even receive your print. Better off going to Walgreens or something to print.

        The only communication some of their staff knows is how to hassle people in a rather unfriendly manner. Anyone who goes there either needs to be fully prepared or ready to be hassled.

        Horrible slow service . No communication, they just stare when you walk in . Took 30 mins print 1 page with no wait or no customers in front of me . Would not recommend
