I just need to have fingerprints taken. Last time I went in I was told "the machine was down" with no follow-up on when it would be operable again. When I call to ask, they never pick up the phone. Very difficult when there are few locations who offer this service.

The absolute worst post office Ive ever been to. Ive dealt with the post office in several cities and a wait is always to be expected, but expect to wait an hour at any time of day even if your mail is already packaged and paid for. Id rather drive to the suburbs, drop my package off, and drive back to the city to avoid this post office. Its probably quicker anyway

Came to the post office on a Tuesday at 1145 as it should be open 9-5, however their sign on the door said they would be back in 15 min do to short staff which is understandable. HOWEVER, no one came at all and this is the only post office I can go to for my issue as it is time sensitive. Dont come here if you dont have to because it might not even be open.

Made an appointment for passport application (15 min slots, was asked to arrived 10 min ahead of time) and even received a reminder email that day. Showed up and was told they couldnt honor my appointment time. It would be about 1.5hr wait and they wouldnt be honoring appts for the next week. Wasted my time, gas, and now Im gonna have to pay to get it expedited. A whole hot mess!
