Terrible attitude. I walked in to order a pizza and they said I had to do it online! So I asked, You want me to go outside and get in my car and order it online or you won't take the order? She replied, yes that's procedure.I went to my car and I never went back in and I'll never go there agai

I ordered online and even though I got my food it was kind of cold. They also didnt add the Zesty sauce I ordered and put honey mustard sauce in its place. Also they need to make sure that if using door dash or Uber to deliver on their behalf that the delivery person is provided with the right address. My driver had to call me to get to my house and had been routed to another location first.

Ordered a medium pizza & cheesesticks for delivery. Delivery was 30 mins past scheduled time (they sent a 50% discount code by email) but the wait wasnt even the issue. The pizza was horrrible. Only ordered pepperoni, mushrooms & jalapeno, there were no jalapeno. The pizza barely had cheese or sauce on it & didnt taste fresh at all.

If you want to order carry out you have to do it from online. You cant order when walking into store so if you dont have a phone/charger and want to order a pizza go else where. I dont know any food place that rejects money but when ordering online was only quoted 5 min wait for food. Seems like they must be understaffed or lazy. If this is upper management idea then they need to be let go. They also forgot my sauce on my order. Its literally called bbq papadilla how do you forget. Then they had an attitude about giving me sauces to add that should have been there, no apology or anything.

I'm very disappointed. I ordered 3 pizzas and only received 2. I had to call the location, and Zach was rude and hung up the call. I was not rude at any moment. He recognized their mistake. I received the 3rd pizza an hour later, and it was not what it was paid for.
