        Great value for knowledgeable Pilates devotees. Very well trained staff. Trained in technique as well equipment. A large variety of equipment and specialized devices to isolate muscle groups or eliminate activating Pre-existing injuries or conditions. Great choice for all skill and experience levels.

        Such a wonderful experience! During my initial session, Leslie really took her time and paid attention to every detail of what I will be needing. She has an obvious love for what she does! I left the studio feeling so connected to my body, hadnt even realized there was a disconnect before today. Would highly recommend the special sessions with her for anyone with previous injuries or anyone just looking for that special one on one treatment and attention to detail
