Im beyond happy I chose Adapt therapy for my physical therapy. Their spaces is amazing and easily puts you in the mindset to go hard every session. James is such a great physical therapist, he pushes you to go the extra mile, hes attentive and motivating. Such a great staff, overall. Thank you Adapt Therapy team!!

I sprained my ankle and it was very swollen so I came to Adapt and worked with Jimmy for two weeks and it started to feel much better. I also started to come workout after I got rehab on my ankle as well to stay in shape. You wont find a better gym or physical therapy location in Atlanta!

James and the Adapt Physical Therapy team is hands down the best in Atlanta. Ive tried all kinds of doctors, specialists, and chiropractors for years to find relief from debilitating back pain to no avail. After going to Adapt for a few months, my life drastically changed: instead of focusing on how to just accept the pain, I am now able to actually enjoy life and not worry about limitations. I look forward to going to Adapt because I know they are going to give me the best care and ensure I understand the why behind the exercises I perform. More than anything, I appreciate that James encourages being an advocate for yourself and speaking up if something isnt feeling right or hurts during sessions. He doesnt ignore it or minimize your pain. He acknowledges it and finds a way to ensure you feel safe and heard. I highly reccomend Adapt Physical Therapy to anyone in the Atlanta area.
