Worst experience I wasnt going to do this review but to keep me from being upset any longer I just thought I make others aware of this horrible grooming job done by Carla(who I was told would be grooming my dog) I asked them to do a sanitary trim only and explained over the phone what all I wanted done and what I didnt want I explained he is a lhasa apso and we are growing his fur back out but when it was time for pick up 3/12/24 he still had fur between his paws almost the whole stomach area and bottom area was shaved COMPLETELY OFF & she cut off all his fur around his face and left patches around his mouth I will not be going back when that should have been a simple task 0 out of 10 do not recommend The last picture is how he always looks after a groom but they had him looking like a lhasa mess!

Murphy loves Bark and Board! The staff really care, he gets kissed goodbye. Facility is so clean and decorated for every Holiday! Love the litte spa cleanup station after day of play

So pleased with our experience at Bark and Board. Carla was amazing with my sweet boy and Sophie was extremely communicative through the process. They were so kind and sweet to my scared, nervous pup and I couldnt be more grateful!!
