        Cynthia is bar none the best trainer that I have ever had. She is very knowledgeable about loosing weight and the art of sculpting/toning your body. Her interpersonal skills are amazing. She strikes a wonderful balance of being compassionate but firm about what it takes to be successful. I would recommend Cynthia to men and women. When you meet Cynthia she becomes apart of your family for life.

        I have always loved the personal vibe of this neighborhood gym. This East Atlanta Village gem (of a gym!) is a great place to get your workout on. There is a nice selection of machines and equipment, personal trainers, and cool classes you can take to get in shape! The owner, Cynthia, really cares about your health and how to get you in shape the safe and proper way. Come and see for yourself why this gym is different from the rest! :)
