I am so very thankful for for the exclusive service I received from the staff, attorney Kelly, and all whom I came in contact with at the most honest hardworking team from J.Franklin Burns, PC.
I had the worst inhumane experience with my previous attorney I met in Georgia, I almost gave up, but not all the apples are bad. Frank Burns and Roxanne Tulloss were BEYOND AMAZING when it came to handling my worker's comp case! I had already been out of work for 2 months with no pay and treatment was slim to none for a work related vehicle accident injury before I was referred to Frank Burns's office! They were very professional, kind, and informative throughout this entire process which definitely made it less stressful. Ms. Kelly Benedict really stayed on top of my case. She acquired my case from another law firm. She took over and got the job done in six months . My case was four years old when I first spoke with her. She said I'll get this taken care of for you, and she did just that. She even apologized for the previous law firm and their five lawyers.
