My husband and I were involved in a hit and run accident, we are the owners of the motorcycle, someone was doing burn outs in a crowded parking lot and lost control and left the scene. Because it was a hit and run we had to use our own insurance. The insurance company denied the claim upfront. So Alfred had to file a lawsuit against the insurance company. It seemed like forever because the accident happened August 1,2020 during Covid, so courts were not on a regular schedule. Alfred kept us informed every time the insurance company contacted him. So finally three years later and all of Alfreds hard work and determination the insurance company decided to pay the claim. And we were very satisfied with his performance and the amount.
