I was very pleased with my settlement. And I appreciate tap and associates for their time. They was very caring and communicated great during this process. I will definitely refer them to anybody I know who was in an accident.

I gave them multiple chances before i could change my mind regarding my experience with them, but at this point its safe to say I regret hiring them. They do NOT respect the timeline they give and never come back to clarify any change of plans. UNRELIABLE. They will just let you dry until you call them, multiple times. They dont really care. Proof is they havent replied to any single review. Why would they care?? They will be on your neck when they want you to hire them, but once you do you have to chase them to hear from them. Also Porsha (or Portia) is very unprofessional. Called and she basically said: We are waiting on the third party. Well call you when its good. Bye That was it and all. Over a year and the case is still not closed. Wish i could give 0 star reviews. Ill know better next time.
