I have never experienced such an unprofessional encounter. Tamara (not sure if she told me her real name), who handles the TSA pre-check appointment was extremely rude and aggressive before, during, and after my appointment. Someone who has knowledge on this process and customer service experience should be able to guide someone in a cordial fashion. After reading through other reviews it sounds like this is a reoccurring thing here. Do better, Staples. Save your time and go somewhere else.

Came in the store yesterday to get 5 cube boxes for an instacart order and couldnt get any help! When I asked if they had any cube boxes no one would answer me so I asked for a manager which was the people in Grey uniforms. The female African manager was chillin with a man talking about non work related issues and the black bow legged dude acted as if he didnt wanna help at all! Please get better people to run this store! The customer service was awful! The black girl with acne barely wanted to ring me up! Im never coming to this store again! This is by far the worst staples Ive ever came to!

Do not do TSA Pre Check here. Yolanda had zero customer service skills and was rude, patronizing and deliberately did not communicate why I had to wait an hour before my appointment time. I will never step foot in that store again.
