Do not get their monthly parking! There's a reason it's so cheap - it's been 3 monts since I started trying to cancel it and I'm still getting billed! The only phone number they give you is facility manager, who doesn't pick up the phone or return voice messages. Her assistant is a liar who said they'll cancelled the account but didn't do anything. And customer service email just gives a run around, supposedly emailing facility manager but that email address is invalid. So, 3 months later I still being billed for parking I don't use and can't cancel. It's a complete nightmare!
