The entire team was pleasant to work with on getting my decking painted. They were efficient and on time. The painting was impeccable and the clean up thorough. Id consider using them again. They were also 30% less than another quote.

A perfect experience from beginning to end! CertaPro is the best company I have ever dealt with when it comes to home projects. From the initial sales consultation with Alexander to the completion of the project, everything went smoothly. They are very transparent and set up a text thread prior to the start date and kept us updated during the project. Major kudos to the team of Viki, Jorge, Letty, and another gentleman whose name I do not have. The team did a property walk-around with us prior to the start of the project and a "pride walk-around" at the end to confirm everything had been done to the satisfaction of the homeowner. The level of painting skill overall and craftsmanship used for the wood trim repair in several places was absolutely perfect. I have to thank Letty here for the excellent refinishing and painting of the front door! This is a $5,000 door and was in sad shape and she restored it to like new condition! Regarding additional issues found during the project, instead of just painting over the dry rot when they found more, they photographed it and let us know in the text thread and provided an estimate for the additional cost and we were able to approve or not approve easily in the text thread. Everyone involved was very friendly and professional and the cleanup was outstanding. I sometimes have a sense of dread when having people do work as great customer service and high quality workmanship are not always so easy to find. With CertaPro I enjoyed the entire experience! And lastly, the cost was reasonable and was significantly lower than another estimate we had received. Thank you CertaPro!
