Been twice to this group this year. First was a spine specialist, though I was wanting to see a knee person. They insisted they needed an X-ray. I know this pain is not a joint or bone issue. So as the doc was telling me she didnt see anything on the X-rays, I asked for an MRI. So far nary a word from them to have that MRI. That was Tuesday the 15th. I feel that I received only a bill for my co-pay, without a bit of medical help.
And not setting up the MRI is not acceptable to me. I called once as no one tried to set up the MRI. Received an email telling me to do it myself. No telling what you will bill Medicare for yet. Can not refer anyone I know to this self serving organization.
