        There offices are always very clean and the staff is friendly. The only thing I wish was different is they would validate parking. For this location.

        Overall - my experience with Dr Williams & his staff was wonderful. My braces were scheduled for 22 months and mine were in 24. I contributed to Covid for the delay. The four stars was a result of the billing error which almost had me paying out an extra $1000. I paid my account in full, six months early yet I was still being billed and wasnt receiving the insurance reimbursements from the billing office. It appears to have been an honest error which surely would have been caught & refund issued. However, lesson learned, you have to keep up with your own account etc. Dr. Williams is nice and his staff were thoughtful and caring.
