        As a customer of Orthodontic Care of Georgia Cascade, I was deeply disappointed with the level of service I received. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the staff lacked professionalism and courtesy. The atmosphere felt unwelcoming, and I was met with indifference from the primary orthodontist. Throughout my appointment, there was a distinct lack of communication and empathy from the orthodontist, making me feel like just another number rather than a valued patient. Additionally, the facilities seemed outdated and poorly maintained, further adding to my overall dissatisfaction. In conclusion, my experience at Orthodontic Care of Georgia Cascade left much to be desired, and I would not recommend their services to others.

        Attitude Attitudes Attitude! I can tell management as well as STAFF & ORTHODONTIST has change. Waiting over a hr for an impression was crazy but very obviously purposefully done by the ladies upfront who comes off as inexperienced and all over the place just classless which gives this office government assistance vibes.I see why self-checkout and AI are replacing people in customer service. You got one job to check ppl in and out and they cant do that properly!
