First time getting braces and it was a breeze. The people are friendly, professional, and kind. The facility is nice and clean. Got my braces yesterday and only took a hour. I highly recommend.

Where do I start?! I thought this was a great place to get affordable braces especially since my insurance doesnt cover them. First and foremost the young ladies at the front desk who answer the phone are BEYOND rude. I mean they treat you like your money means nothing to them. Life happened and I fell behind on my payments, you think they talk bad to you when youre current, try falling behind. Theyre even more rude and disrespectful. I set up an arrangement to get my account current and continue treatment. I had to have it paid by April 1, they were closed Friday-Sunday and their office hours are not listed online for the billing department but they open late and leave early. I called Monday April 1 at 5 pm on the dot, the system told me they were closed, so I left a voicemail with my name, email, phone and what I was calling for. I called Tuesday morning at 7 am the system said they were closed, I called at 5 pm again Tuesday afternoon, they were closed although their site shows they close at 7 pm on Monday and Tuesday. I called Wednesday morning at 7 am and finally was able to reach someone who then told me billing was closed and she didnt know what time they opened. When I finally reached the billing department the young lady who took my call was so rude, very dry and dismissive. Again dont get me wrong yes I FELL BEHIND it was my fault but I was trying to get it caught back up. She then tells me they dismissed my account Tuesday morning because I didnt make the payment on Monday. Again keep in mind I called Monday after work, I also left a voicemail, they walked into work on Tuesday and instead of calling me back they just closed my account. I was going to settle and pay my account in full, so I could finish this and move on. I then asked to speak to the manager who seems to have been busy ALL DAY Wednesday, I sent emails, no response. The whole thing feels racially motivated, always has, on more than one occasion Ive tried switching from them because Ive always felt they were more rude to black people but they charge you $400 to leave them. When I called at 12 pm Wednesday the young lady told me this time, her manager was busy and couldnt help me but that I could schedule and appointment to have the appliances removed. I then asked you all are going to charge off my account she said no we are going to write it off. What kind of sense does that make? If Im willing to pay the balance in full why wouldnt they just allow that and let me move on? This was one of the most disheartening experiences Ive ever gone through because I worked hard to pay for these braces by myself just for someone to treat me like Im less than others because of the color of my skin. I have yet to hear back from anyone, again its the most unfortunate thing ever and I would highly suggest going elsewhere with your hard earned money. Id like to add that in my short 2 years of being here I went though at least 6-7 orthodontist, none of them are on the same page. The orthodontist who created my treatment plan suggested I have my 4 wisdom teeth removed along with 2 in the front and they were rotating one other tooth. Well, he graduated shortly after I started treatment and the new orthodontist said I didnt need to have the tooth rotated so he removed those brackets and gave me a new plan. Each time though there was something they didnt agree with from the last orthodontist whod graduated. They also DO NOT HAVE A BATHROOM FOR PATIENTS. Visit here at your own risk honestly.
