        1st braces for our son & he was not happy about it; in fact he was nervous & not sure what to expect. The assistant asked him what was making him nervous to reduce his worry and answered his questions. Really appreciated that extra step- goes along way to make him feel safe and to trust the upcoming process !! Well done!
