I went in for a routine eye exam to get my eye power prescription updated and had a really bad experience. Firstly, the technician who was checking my eyeglass power was not professional and didn't seem confident at all in what he was doing. He gave me a really increased power compared to my previous one. Next, I met Dr. Desai, who did not say much about the increase in my power and did other eye health examination. Then at the time of checkout, I had to pay $201, even though my insurance fully covers routine eye exams but the office bills it differently. Now, when I tried to order eye glasses using the prescription given to me, I was told that it is unusual and I need to reconfirm it. Secondly, for contact lens prescription, I was told to call on a number, which I did and waited long times over the call, I was told that they never had my contact lens prescription on the file. Overall, I have had a really troublesome experience.

Th Dr. Seemed knowledgeable, was understanding and provided a clear path forward

Everyone was perfect. My only complaint was the smell of the his and hers restroom. It was pungent.
