I received a basic oil change on Monday 4/8. 20 minutes into the service the technician showed the front desk my engine air filter needed to be replaced however this is a typical service that is offered during a oil change. I declined. The technician returned a second time with a printed ticket stating that my battery needed to be replaced. I have been taking my car to the dealership for years prior to this and my battery has never been an issue. Today I went to autozone to have the battery tested and I was told my battery was 100% charged and in good condition. I usually dont post reviews but the fact that Grease monkey lied about the condition of my battery to up sale me is disgusting and I will not be returning.

Exceptional Service Experience: Highly Recommend This Oil Change Location! I reached out to this specific location to inquire about their availability for an oil change, and the lady who answered the phone not only confirmed their availability but was also incredibly kind, professional, and patient, which prompted me to drive about 20 minutes to their store. Upon arrival, I noticed it was different from typical locations as it appeared to be fully staffed. Buck, one of the mechanics, greeted me and offered to drive my car into the carport for me, alleviating my anxiety about navigating the entrance. Inside, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly demeanor of all the staff members, including DD the lady I spoke with on the phone, who warmly remembered me and directed me to a comfortable seating area. It was a relief to find large, comfortable chairs available, as I usually prefer to wait in my car for convenience. During my wait, Oliver approached me and informed me about necessary bulb replacements, and I confirmed that I would like them changed that day. Throughout my time inside, every staff member who entered the building took the time to acknowledge and speak to me, including DD, who was assisting another customer with such kindness that it warmed my heart. When Doug came in to handle my work order, he did so efficiently and with a kindness that matched the rest of the team. He explained the slight delay in servicing my car, which I appreciated. DD handled my payment smoothly, providing me with a receipt, and I was soon on my way. As I exited the building, I was met with the sight of four or five staff members outside, all wearing huge smiles and waving at me. Andrew even opened my car door for me and thanked me for my business, adding a final touch of exceptional service to an already outstanding experience. Overall, I can't express enough how much I appreciated the teamwork and positive atmosphere among the staff at this location. It was evident that they all worked together seamlessly and genuinely enjoyed their jobs, which is something you don't often find in this type of business. The staff members names that are listed in my review are the names I asked for but, everyone was nice. Thanks, Ponce De Leon team.

Excellent customer service with positive and friendly staff. Technician verified the specific products required for my car before I even got out. Fast and efficient. I would have rated a 5 but the bathroom facilities were not clean. I was there 1st thing in the am.
