I have been looking for a new office for my team and went through probably 3 or 4 different companies within a month. It felt like people didn't take me seriously due to my age(20), but then I got in contact with Alan. Immediately Alan was very professional and educated. He then provided me with loads of options(I was looking to get an office in Gwinnett) and we scheduled multiple visits basically within the first week. We finally found THE ONE probably 2 weeks in with Alan. Alan went straight to work and got us the exact terms we wanted. We accepted the terms and signed the lease(was extremely smooth). Alan is now my go to guy with anything commercial real estate.
