        We have been at this location for several years and recently worked with the landlord to remodel our suite and stay for another 6 years. Pleased to be here. They are responsive to requests and express care for their tenant's well-being and satisfaction. Kudos to Lisa Garrison and Jeffrey Gruen.

        The appearance of the office space is very nice BUT NEVER RENT OFFICE SPACE IN THIS BUILDING. We have been involved in a lawsuit with the Boxer Property Management for over 2 years (2018-2020) regarding the conditions in the suite. They are in denial that there is a problem even though we have hundreds of thousands of temperature measurements over the last 2 years proving there is a problem. The temperature range in the summer is usually 78-85F and when it is cold outside it is between 60-68 degrees. It is highly dependent on whether it is a sunny day outside because the sun on the east side of the building significantly influences the temperature in the suite. Both hot and cold air are being blown into the suite at the same time depending on the HVAC zone. So, if you like temperature extremes in your office, rent the suite. Otherwise never rent from Boxer.
