First and last visit to this office. The woman at the front desk was professional. However, the nurse- I believe her name is Ashley; very passive aggressive. When she speaks, it is very insincere and sounds like shes just looking at you as another number for the day. Ive had way better experiences in other obgyn offices, so I know a nasty individual when I come across one. I dont understand why have that demeanor when you chose a field that requires you to show compassion and care for other women? Its weird and disheartening, but like I said, I will no longer be a patient here. I hope this reaches her so she can do better moving forward.

I have been to other gynecologists and Dr Ford is approachable knowledgeable and an excellent doctor in everyway. Her office staff is kind and helpful and the nurses are dedicated to helping patients with their needs.

Abigail is probably the best provider Ive ever had. Shes very knowledgeable, patient, and my appointments never feel rushed. Ive had such pleasant experiences during each appointment with her, definitely recommend!!

The Clinic of Advanced Gynecology is not professional at all. I made the appointment and wait long time to see the doctor Alexcis Ford, but I only saw another doctor(PA-C), but not my appointments doctor. And that doctor didnt understand my request and symptoms. Later, I made another appointment in same clinic at Dec 20 by website, but the clinic canceled my time at will. The front desk said they already call me, but I missed this call. I wasted that day because they just gave me call, not contact me with email or text. I didn't get the call, so they canceled it. This clinic is totally unprofessional. Feel free to cancel a patient's appointment. - You replied me unfortunately, the physician that you request an appointment with is no longer with the practice in Google map. For this, I want to say that I made an appointment on Dec 20, and the doctors name is Abigail Pothen, NP. Firstly, after I knew your clinic cancel my appointment, I ask the front desk that whats the early time I can have another appointment with same people. The front desk told me Jan 5, 2023. Thats can prove Abigail Pothen can continue to treat patient. Why you said this physician is no longer with practice? Secondly, I look through Advanced Gynecologys website after I find you reply no longer with practice in Google map, and I find Abigail Pothen can still make an appointment in the website. The early time is Jan 17, 2023. If Abigail Pothen no longer with practice, I think Advanced Gynecology should close Abigail Pothen appointments window, right? Why you said the physical is no longer with practice? All in all, I dont know why you said the physician is no longer with the practice. In addition, although I missed your call, I think if your clinic want to cancel my appointment, I need to receive the email of cancellation. But I didnt receive any email about cancellation after I check my mailbox. It was a bad experience. it totally waste of my time and missed my treatment time. For this, I have to put off seeing a doctor for the next month.
