Im a new patient to this practice. Dr. Bukkapatnam was recommended by my primary care physician. I was taking back to the exam room promptly; which I appreciated. Dr. Bukkapatnam was very personable and thorough. She took the time to speak with me and addressed all of my concerns. She also has a great sense of humor. I also appreciated that they scheduled my annual exam and mammogram back to back. Very convenient. I highly recommend the practice, especially Dr. Bukkapatnam.

Everyone was so nice and Dr.Lauren Little is the best. She took her time to address all my concerns and explained things to me respectfully. Nothing was rushed. The office was clean, nice and everyone was so happy. Best OBGYN experience o ever had.

Overall the doctors and staff are friendly, passionate and knowledgeable BUT make sure to monitor your bills. Youll find several surprises that werent consistent and/or discussed by the doctor before rendering the services.

After having my child at Piedmont I completed the survey. I referenced a conversation with one of the doctors at the practice. Piedmont reached out to AOG and AOG dropped me as a patient. Shortly after, Piedmont sent me a letter saying they couldnt validate my comment/conversation and that my negative experience at Piedmont was essentially a story I made up for attention. If dropping a patient and gaslighting a woman post partum isnt a sign of guilt, I dont know what is. Honesty is not valued at this practice or with the administration at Piedmont. You are just another paycheck for them.

Doctors are great but the staff and their customer service is abysmal. They do not respond to emails and they will not return your phone calls. They take zero accountability for this lack of communication. Despite sharing the necessary leave of absence paperwork with the responsible employee on the same day as my wife's diagnosis, it took 4 business days to receive any kind of acknowledgement or information on a timeline. This is also the first time anyone let us know that we must submit a $50 fee before the paperwork would be processed. We promptly paid the fee. We are still expected to wait an additional 7-10 business days for the paperwork to be completed, despite the relevant person being in possession of the paperwork for 4 days already. Including the delay in in receiving any kind of response, it could potentially take 3 full weeks just to fill out some blanks on a couple pages. There is no justifiable excuse as to why such a simple task should require so long to process. None. The last practice we used provided the same paperwork in less than 3 days. They don't care that dragging their feet in processing this paperwork is taking money out of my family's pocket and could impact my wife's job security. Regardless, my family certainly won't be returning to this practice based on the treatment we've received.
