Where do I begin. This is the best realtor hands down. Mrs. Pernell made sure that I purchased the perfect home. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and resourceful. I heard about the horror stories on purchasing a home. However, my agent educated me on everything I had questions and concerns about. I told her everything I wanted in a home and, she found all of those special requests for me. I am a person of particular/acquired taste, and Mrs. Pernell did match me with a brand new home. I'm forever grateful because, my real estate agent took my anxiety away during this process. Mrs. Pernell is patient, encouraging, and very punctual. I never thought I would be able to purchase a home and she told me during our consultation that I was going to get my home. Mind you, we were in the beginning of the pandemic.
