As we continue to adhere to COVID guidelines, all verification is done prior to any distribution pick-up. Unfortunately, the information reviewed by our team was not present at that time. There were several attempts made to reach you via phone and email. Being unable to verify the documentation without prior communication, lack of guardianship documentation and the presence of a designee to pick-up items on your behalf made it difficult to associate the remaining children with your application. With that, our team was left to make the decision to go off the information we had, providing resources for the number of children approved. Your application was reviewed after pick-up to ensure equity and our findings concluded submission of two birth certificates with your name as the guardian. From this occurrence, we advise ALL applicants to review application guidelines and requirements and follow up with case management to determine if all deliverables have been met. Again, we apologize for what you experienced and wish it could have been resolved personally like we intended with our attempts to reach you.
