Had a good experience with Andy and my SNS Dipping Powder; he was meticulous and my nails looked great. My only frustration was that I was charged $5 for shaping and I felt like shaping should be included in the price of service- not an extra charge. I got them almond shaped and I wasnt told that it would be extra until I went to pay. There is also no indication in their pricing that this is an extra charge.

The first few times I went to this salon, I had a good experience. The techs were never overly friendly but they did a good job. This last experience was not as good. The tech made it very obvious that she would rather be anywhere else, she barely shaped my nails, and the top coat was missing from half my nail on several fingers. The polish barely lasted 3 days before I had to remove it. Definitely not coming back here any time soon.
