Honestly it wasnt the worst experience but it DEFINITELY needs improvement. The nail tech was super polite and friendly. BUT Im not happy with the quality of the work. Felt a bit rushed. The acrylic isnt even over the whole nail so it looks like its growing out and its only been two days. The tips are not symmetrical or matching the next. Air bubbles in the gel that just ruin the look. It was cheap though. $40. Even though the price was changed several times throughout the time it took just to get the tips on. But you get what you pay for. I wouldnt recommend this place. Needs some work. Other than that it is a friendly and clean place which is the ONLY reason it has two stars from me but I wont be returning.

I got a fill in on 2/24/2024, today is 2/26/2024 & this is how my nails look! My nail tech cut my finger & I felt rushed! I will never get services from here again !

I came in on Saturday with my own personal polish for my toes/The pedi was $18, and the mani was $21 plus a dollar for using a credit card. That totals $39, But I got gel polish on my nails, so the total went to $46 fine. But why is the gel polish peeling off my nails? I want both hands redone, or I will stop payment on my credit card. I returned today, 9/25/23, for my gel manicure to be done correctly. Yup! I had to stop payment . Never again will I trust Five Points ever, ever. I'll keep going downtown next to Whole Foods on 14th Street.
