Bolt Movers

Bolt Movers got the job done and helped us move from Buckhead to Smyrna. The movers were extremely kind, professional, and hilarious to move with! They did NOT stop moving our furniture until every last bit was moved and it was around 11 pm when we finished. 100/10 would recommend! Everything was safely moved and the movers definitely took the stress out of moving!

We attempted to book due to the great things we have heard about the services. Unfortunately, the customer service department was very rude on the phone when we tried to pay our deposit and book. The employee rushed us on the phone and had an overall poor attitude. We understood that our ideal date might not be available but they did not help us to find alternate options. Leaving 2 stars because the manager did call us to apologize. I hope that they find better customer service employees in the future. If Im paying over 2k for a high end moving service I would hope that we would be treated as such on the phone.

Bolt Movers was a professional service that did everything they said they would do (and at a competitive price). They showed up on time, handled my belongings with care, and delivered them as promised. James, Ethan, and Christian were all great! I'd highly recommend Bolt.
