Jared is an exceptional loan officer. He was easy to reach, responsive and always available to answer my questions even on the weekends/nights. He is very informative and knows what he is doing. He worked hard and went above and beyond to get me to the closing table as planned. I cant thank him enough for making this experience as smooth and stress free as possible. I am glad I chose him. Jared is the best! He was there every step of the way and was very proactive about communicating. He took care of all the complicated things so that the process was easy for us. He knows the ins and outs of how the process works and does everything he can to make sure you understand what's happening. Worked with Jared to secure a mortgage for our first home. Jared was amazing because he was willing to explain things in as much or little detail as we wanted. At my request, he spent a bunch of time explaining confusing details to me. But then if I didn't bother him he left me alone and just took care of business, only contacting us when absolutely necessary. You may be tempted to go with a very large lender that can dangle lower rates, but you end up paying for it one way or another. We considered one of the very large lenders for a while until it became clear that it was going to be a hassle and probably not even save us any money. I'd highly recommend at least considering Jared - I'm certainly glad I did.
