Sanctuary Home Mortgage

If I ever go through a mortgage process again, I will always use Barry Underwood and Sanctuary Mortgage. Barry was super helpful, extremely communicative, and kept me up to date with current rates. I started with Rocket Mortgage, but then realized I was getting taken for a ride. Barry was very up front and frank about expectations on rates and pricing, but he beat all the other lenders I looked in to. He was always free for a phone call, and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. Do yourself a favour and use Sanctuary Mortgage.

Wouldn't recommend them. High pressure sales tactics. The loan staff is not careful with documentation. Misspelled my name. Barry Underwood was unhelpful, didn't assist well with timelines when asked. Left some items till the last minute and the team was clueless that the mark on my credit report was them pulling my credit. O and they are easily .5-.75% higher than the competition. Supposedly for better service but the service I received was no good.
