There are not enough words to describe how deceitful and dishonest this company is. I can't imagine how they are still in business legally. I have had nothing but problems since my loan was sold to them. I made all my payments on time and have satisfied 99% of my loan. They always give you incorrect information on how to solve a matter at least two or three times until you become so angry and yell at them that someone finally takes care of it. Please under no circumstances do any type of business with this company. I have reported them to every agency I can find

Horrible bank. They paid the wrong tax bill out of my account and took more than 3 months to fix it. Were charging me almost two times for my escrow because of this issue. Their customer service is the worst and the attendants have no idea what they are doing. Unfortunately I'm stuck with them unless I refinance. Ask your lender if they sell the loans to this bank before you do business with them. I agree with the other reviews, 1 star is way too generous.

Due to a banking error Amerihome Mortgage charges me a bad check fee when there were no checks involved. They have sold my mortgage to another 3rd rate mortgage servicing company which took the money from my checking account. I wouldn't recommend this company for any mortgage needs.

Sells loan out from under you, forces you to be late. notification comes, sent 25 days after the fact. Company tried calling me out based on location, I live in Alabama and left communist California. To farther edit, Customer service is a no go. Only chat options available. disconnected multiple times. I know it was not an internet error, reliability status is heavily monitored. With only digital connectivity to a company, notification of loan transfers should be emailed at the bare minimum. If you are not affiliated with them , recommend you change your business name .
