My experience with the Ken Folds Team at SouthState Mortgage was absolutely fantastic! They were easy to reach, informative and attentive throughout the process. They worked very quickly to turn around a pre-approval letter for me on short notice, which was the only reason I was able to work quickly enough to secure a contract on my new home.
