I don't know where to start, Nicki was a life saver in so many ways! She made a very complicated dreadful process easy and painless. She was able to answer any questions we had quickly and clearly. She always responded quickly even after normal hours. If you want someone who is great at her job, then Nicki is who you want!!!

I was trying to find a better company to refinance my house, my mortgage was been handled by one of the top companies in the industry; however, the refinancing options they offered me were very discouraging. Then I was referred to SWBC, I spoke to Nicki and sent her the Loan Estimate I had from the other company. Within a few minutes I received a better offer, and I knew right away that SWBC would be my new mortgage company. They worked around my schedule and were very transparent about the whole process until we closed. I received multiple calls and emails from the other company, stating that they could match or improve their offer; but it was too late. I'm very happy I chose SWBC and want to thank each and every one of their team of professionals for answering all my inquiries with patience and in a timely manner.
