If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! LISTEN, if you are in the market for a home, please RUN...don't walk to this company! Charmaine is a patient, diligent, knowledgeable and professional broker. SHE KNOWS HER STUFF!!! I'm new to home buying and she walked me through every single step and made it so clear and concise. She got me the best deal possible and she far exceeded my expectations. I cannot thank her enough and she has my undying gratitude for making this process almost seamless. I still can't believe how fast this happened. I found my forever home on July 24th and LESS THAN A MONTH later I am going to the closing table tomorrow on the 16th. I am floored, overwhelmed and overjoyed. I couldn't have done this without her and my realtor. Thank you Charmaine for helping me secure my dream home. You are truly a gem.
