ATL Mortgage was INCREDIBLE to work with! My wife and I were new to the area and had lots of questions--everything from rates to car dealers--and Vance was so responsive and kind through the whole process. When he learned we wanted to close as soon as possible, Vance moved mountains to get us financed in under TWO WEEKS! He came to our closing with a house warming gift, and even sent a personalized cutting board a week later. For me, the little things make a big difference, and ATL Mortgage pulled out all the stops and went above and beyond every step of the way. Don't go with the "big guy" company. This place has highly competitive rates and the special local touch you just wouldn't get anywhere else. Highly recommend!
