Ben Bell was able to work with me and my partner when my usual mortgage company wouldn't finance the VA loan we needed for the house we were buying in South Atlanta. The home had been moved from one location to another, and the other mortgage company had a clause that meant they couldn't finance a house like that. Ben was actually the mortgage broker that the seller was using, so that's how we ended up connecting with him through my realtor's recommendation.
