        I came in at closing, yet the technician and the manager, Will, listened to my cellphone situation. They advised that I would have to come back because they didn't have the product I needed for the repair. When I returned, the part was ordered and had arrived. I was checked in and told it would take a couple of hours to fix. When I returned, they concluded the test and all went well. My screen and information was restored!!! The techs, Terrance and Kendrick, were professional, personable and competent. I'm grateful to them and Will for working so diligently to restore my phone and information.
