Mikey's the best at everything. Extremely knowledgeable about all steps of the process, what to watch out for, and how to navigate the space. He's incredibly responsibe and willing to work with crazy schedules and locations. When we did pick the home we wanted, he was instrumental in helping us close and get the best deal possible. Mikey is the best! We have purchased 2 homes and sold 2 homes with him over the past 7 years and he was amazing. He knows the Atlanta market so well we had offers on our 2 previous houses within 2 weeks and were able to win a bidding war without being the top offer on our current home. He is patient and honest about how much things could cost. He goes over every detail of the inspection and is realistic about what you need and what red flags need to be raised. I highly recommend Mikey. His calm demeanor is also exactly what you want when going through the stressful process of purchasing or selling a home.
