We had an exceptional experience with Ian and he surpassed our every expectation. He truly understood the area and devoted time to understanding our preferences without making us feel like a burden. My husband and I thought we knew what we wanted, but after spending just a few hours with us, Ian changed the parameters of what we thought we were looking for and found us the perfect home the following day. He was always accessible, genuinely friendly, and quite simply a great guy.

Ian is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We were first time home buyers and he guided us throughout the process; from getting us pre-approved to closing the property. We are very happy, he got us an amazing deal for a condo with spectacular views in midtown Atlanta. I highly recommend working with him if you are interested in buying/selling your property.

I'm not one to write reviews unless someone has truly been exceptional and that is, Ian. Exceptional. I had never sold a house before, and Ian turned an experience I knew nothing about and was dreading, into a fantastic experience. He answered any question and any time, and perfectly guided us on what needed to be done on the house and what we could skip doing. His team are also professionals who are experts at what they do. Importantly, Ian is not only exceptional, but genuine and responsive. He's not trying to sell you. You truly feel like you have a friend who's helping you and that you are in good hands with him.

Ian Oliver is amazing. His real estate knowledge is unmatched, his open communication is priceless, and his enthusiasm for winning is a huge advantage! My husband and I had been discussing possibly buying a new house, and when we came across one that I thought we might like, Ian was extremely proactive. He researched the area, the history of the home, scheduled a showing for that day, and he provided honest feedback about the new house we were interested in and provided immeasurable advice. This resulted in our offer being accepted, despite multiple competing offers. Ian also sold our townhouse. His clear instructions and guidance about what we needed to do to get a solid offer was spot on. Ian put in a lot of time and effort to make sure everything was perfect when our townhouse went on the market. He is not afraid to work hard, negotiate, is always available to answer questions, and help any way he can. Ian gets results and we feel so fortunate to have him as our realtor.

Ian helped us sell our first home! Our home had never been renovated since it was built in the 80s and needed a lot of work. Him and his team did a walkthrough of our property to see what needed to be done and to help us assess our options. It really helped us make an informed decision that we wanted to sell as-is instead of spending a lot of money and time finding contractors to fix and update the home. He let us know everything that needed to be done to prep the home for photos, and even found all the vendors for us! The photos turned out amazing and we had multiple offers within 24 hours, close to or above asking. I would highly recommend Ian to anyone who is in the market to sell their home, he knows how to show it in the best light as well as educate you on the why's and how's of the entire process.
