Neil was truly exceptional. We got to know about Neil through our internal work group when I posted about looking for a realtor in Georgia. We are so glad to have Neil as our realtor .We were impressed with the level of knowledge and the amount of data that he had about the market.We were slow since we are out of state buyers but Neil was quick to get all the information we asked for and made us feel fully comfortable and confident with the Purchase. Neil has done virtual tours for us and talked thoroughly about pros and cons of each property in detail. He answered all our questions patiently whether it was about rental statistics or home pricing or just anything regarding home or area.His responsiveness was incredible. He would reply back to your text or calls instantly or no longer than 5 minutes If he didnt pick up. Neil helped us get the property for $35k below the market price. Thanks to Neil for all his exceptional efforts to get the deal. Apart from purchasing , Neil has been helping out renting the property as well. Neil quickly established himself as a trustworthy and valuable partner in helping me sell my home. He was able to evaluate the home quickly to understand what needed to be done, which clearly showed his deep market knowledge and experience. He was forward looking throughout which made the transaction extremely smooth, all the while having a great sense of humor and keeping all parties involved in good spirits. Neil was great! He was professional, knowledgeable and extremely courteous in guiding me through the process of selling my home.
