        I met Jason Lapene in 2009 when he negotiated the purchase of a loft for my daughter. The process was smooth and seamless. At the time I was an owner of multiple rental properties so I had no problem with severing ties with my agent going forward. When it was time for my daughter to sell her loft and purchase a home Jason worked his magic again. Thanks to his skill and knowledge of "everything real estate" in 2013 Jason sold my 1st property in one week. In 2014 my 2nd property sold in one day and in 2019 my 3rd property sold in one day as well. So we rolled the dice again in 2022 but Jason came up short with the sale of my 4th property. He sold it in one and a half days. He always says "you have to know how to price them". I call him the "real estate god" as he is dependable, knowledgeable and a true professional. Over the years we have developed a great relationship. I have one more house to sell and you know who I will call.
