Kellie was extremely helpful in our search for a home. After having a hard time finding anything on our own as well as going through some other companies that seemed pretty sketchy, Kellie was a breath of fresh air and took a lot of the stress out of finding a place (at least as much as possible, you all know how house hunting can be). She was professional, quick to respond, and provided us with all the help we needed to find the perfect place. I HIGHLY recommend her for anyone looking to buy a home, we absolutely love where we live and wouldn't have found it without her!

Wow, where do I even start?!! Kellie was an absolute dream to work with!! We bought a new house with a different agent & we were in a bit of a bind when that agent then backed out of selling our current house, the day before we wanted to list it. I thought of Kellie & reached out on Instagram thinking it was a long shot but hoping she might could help us! She got the ball rolling IMMEDIATELY!!! Came to our house, checked out comps in the area, wrote a perfect description that we hoped for, sent out a professional photographer ASAP this was all in the craziness that was our 3 day time period between closing on our new house & leaving for a week long vacation!!! While on vacation the house went on the market & Kellie was in constant communication with us about the offers that were coming in!! We ended up getting 14 offers & our house sold in 4 days for $18k over our listing price!!!!! Not only that but we got a cash offer that closed in 3 weeks!!!! Which was our ideal situation so we could get to using that money on our new house! None of this wouldve been possible without Kellies competent & professional actions, especially with dealing with us being on vacation during that offer period. We hit no bumps along the process whatsoever & we couldnt be more thankful for such a smooth & perfect outcome!
