        My latest experience involved waiting over 25 minutes for a pick up order, mind you I came in 10 minutes after the originally suggested pickup time. Theres no blame on the workers, they are getting absolutely swamped with orders and are unable to keep up with the demand (only 3 employees during peak lunch time). Management needs to do a better job of either (or all of them quite honestly): A) hiring more workers B) finding a way to update their estimated pickup times C) prioritizing to-go orders of people that are already in the restaurant awaiting their order Jersey Mikes still qualifies as fast food I would argue, however there is nothing fast about it the way it currently stands at this location.

        Shelly and BG were so friendly and helpful! Shelly made sure that our order was right and was very patient while we checked on our friends orders. She made sure that all of our subs were labeled and made them exactly as we wanted them. Great experience!
