Made a reservation for 4 at 341pm. Spoke to a male on the phone. Once we got to the establishment at reservation time. No reservation. Now the party is sitting waiting for an opening when we clearly called an made reservationn. And of course they were passive with ACCOMMODATIONS.

I'll start off by saying I only go to this location because of my partner. Their menu selection is better than the Peachtree location, but their service is not. My partner will definitely leave a survey review. Anyhow, Robin was great in the beginning, then things went downhill. During the middle of my meal, she took the french fry seasoning. She did not ask if I was done. She simply took it while walking by. That's a problem. I'm assuming there are not enough to go around to meet customer demand. During my meal, someone else came by to take my plate, but I wasn't done. I had to tell her I was still eating. She then tried to take my ketchup. I told her I was still using it. She then said she'll mind her business. Robin comes back with our check, and she never asked if we wanted dessert. It seems as if they're literally trained to get people in and out. Service doesn't matter.
