My wife and I found this place by accident as we were both feenin some good Caribbean food. When you first walk in the music captures you, as does the decor. The Caribbean vibes are strong here. Shouts out to our server "Andy" for his legendary customer service. He was professional, informative and went above and beyond in making our first visit a great experience. The food was beyond delicious. That Cajun pasta was the truth. Now I will say this experience is definitely a special occasion experience, (wink,wink), but as the saying goes, you have to pay a little more sometimes to get great quality....again thank you for giving my wife and I a great eatery to share with the family.

My recent dining experience here was nothing short of delightful. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. Our server, Miss Fancy, was exceptional. Not only was she knowledgeable about the menu, but she also provided excellent recommendations that enhanced our dining experience. Although Mr. Indy wasn't our designated server, his attentive and friendly demeanor didn't go unnoticed. He went out of his way to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, adding an extra layer of hospitality to our evening. Overall, I highly recommend!!! to anyone seeking a memorable dining experience. With a team as professional and sweet as Miss Fancy and Mr. Indy, coupled with delicious cuisine, it's a place worth returning too.

Service was good but future reference would be to allow your checks to be split or get device where you can click on individual food purchases. One person should not have to cover one large check for a large party. Other than that food was good.

I recently visited Chef Rob's for lunch and was greeted warmly by the bartender, Ajala, whose service was exemplary. However, I must express my disappointment with certain aspects of the establishment's policies, which did not seem to prioritize guest satisfaction. As a vegetarian, I requested a modification to the jerk pasta dish, substituting meat with spinach, onions, and peppers. Surprisingly, I was informed that I would be charged extra for these vegetables, despite the entree originally including meat. Furthermore, the suggestion to serve the added vegetables uncooked seemed impractical. Additionally, I inquired about customizing my order to include the Rasta pasta sauce with the jerk pasta, but unfortunately, this request was denied. Moreover, the lack of refill on drinks was unexpected and contributed to my overall dissatisfaction. As a previously frequent patron who has recommended Chef Rob's to others, I found this experience disheartening. Regrettably, I felt neglected by the manager, who displayed an indifferent attitude towards my concerns. In light of these issues, I regret to inform you that I will not be returning as a customer. I hope this feedback will be taken constructively to improve the dining experience for future guests.
