Man vs Fries

The service was horrible, it is in a poorly disclosed industrial location with no access to the building. We knocked and called numerous of times for someone to to come to the door so we could retrieve the food we paid for and no one would answer the door nor call. After several attempts of phone calls someone picked up the phone stating they are still cooking the food and asked us to stop knocking on the door and calling. Everything could have been resolved if they picked up the phone or answered the door. The business is in a sketchy place. I would not recommend it.

I ordered on door dash and instead of giving it to my dasher, they gave my food to someone else and I never received it. The store should have checked to ensure it went to the right person. Now I have to get a credit and wait another 45 minutes for food... And now this store is closed. Very unhappy.
